We create cinematic-quality video content: short films, series, and advertising videos. We are building our own content factory: a team of creators on salary and a network of channels with a growing audience. This is our own distribution, without dependence on bloggers who come, go, and get more expensive. The content factory is the main growth channel of the company and our defensible competitive advantage. AIST Labs is our AI-video platform for brands. It generates videos, images, and voiceovers, with ready-made tools for social media and advertising.

Experience building and managing content production at scale: dozens of creators, dozens of channels. Understanding short-format algorithms and channel growth mechanics. Experience hiring and managing a large creative team. Working with numbers: metrics, hypotheses, content unit economics. Systems thinking and ability to turn creativity into process. Nice to have: experience in AI products, tech or creator companies; cases with growing channel networks to millions of views; understanding of AI tools for video production.
