Content Editor for YouTube and VK Video

YouTube channel 'The Люди' (5.38M subscribers) seeks a content editor for YouTube and VK Video. Remote, part-time, fixed payment per episode.

YouTube (3-4 episodes per month): - Comprehensive SEO optimization of videos; - Generating clickable titles, writing descriptions, tags, and hashtags; - Setting tasks for designers to create thumbnails and controlling the final result; - Monitoring design trends and analyzing competitors (including foreign channels); - Ensuring content compliance with YouTube monetization and safety policies; - Working with analytics (YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica); - Proposing and testing SEO hypotheses to scale views. VK Video: - Cross-posting and formatting episodes (2-3 publications per month).

Experience with YouTube from 1 year, deep understanding of recommendation and ranking mechanics; Experience as a video producer or video editor from 3 years; Task management skills: from setting tasks to designers to final release; High awareness of YouTube content and genuine interest in SEO; Broad outlook, initiative, and responsibility for results; English at Intermediate level or higher (for analyzing English-speaking content).

Remote work from anywhere in the world; Part-time employment (must be available from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time); Fixed payment per episode; Contract as individual entrepreneur (IP).
