Tasks: - YouTube (3-4 episodes per month): comprehensive SEO optimization of videos; generating clickable titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags; setting briefs for designers to create thumbnails and controlling the final result; monitoring design trends and analyzing competitors (including foreign channels); ensuring content complies with YouTube monetization and safety rules; working with analytics (YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica); proposing and testing SEO hypotheses to scale views. - VK Video: cross-posting and formatting episodes (2-3 publications per month).

Experience with YouTube from 1 year, deep understanding of recommendation and ranking mechanics; experience as video producer or video editor from 3 years; task management skills from setting briefs to final release; high awareness of YouTube content and genuine interest in SEO; broad outlook, initiative, and responsibility for results; English at Intermediate level or higher (for analyzing English-language content).

Remote work from anywhere in the world; part-time employment (must be available from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time); fixed payment per episode; cooperation under individual entrepreneur contract. Test assignment required for response: choose any video on the channel, propose at least 5 catchy titles, compile a relevant tag pool, and write a detailed brief for a designer to create a thumbnail.
