Commercial Lawyer needed in Limassol for an international company. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, advising on employment law, and supporting permit applications. Requires a Law degree, 3+ years of experience, and fluency in English and Greek.

Key Responsibilities: • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (referral agreements, NDAs, service agreements) • Review marketing materials for legal compliance • Advise on employment agreements and HR matters • Support work permit and residence permit applications • Ensure compliance with Cyprus legislation • Liaise with authorities and external counsel

• Has a Law degree and admission to the Cyprus Bar Association • Possesses minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in commercial law • Demonstrates knowledge of Cyprus commercial, employment, and immigration law • Is fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken) • Russian proficiency is highly advantageous • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Maintains excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
