Junior Lawyer / Junior Legal Counsel vacancy in Limassol, Cyprus for a Fintech & Brokerage company. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, supporting corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Requires a Law degree and 0-2 years of experience.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (SaaS, service agreements, NDAs, partnerships, payment services agreements) Support corporate governance (board docs, resolutions, filings) Assist with regulatory compliance in fintech/brokerage operations and liaise with stakeholders and regulators Conduct legal research (corporate, financial services, data protection, tech law) Support licensing, renewals, and compliance monitoring across jurisdictions Work closely with compliance, risk, product, operations, and marketing teams Assist with disputes and external counsel coordination when needed

Law degree (LLB required; LLM is an advantage) 0–2 years of relevant experience (law firm or in-house exposure preferred) Basic understanding of corporate, contract, and financial services regulation Familiarity with MiFID II, AML/KYC, and GDPR is a plus Strong drafting and analytical skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong English (additional languages such as Greek or Russian are a plus) Comfortable with standard office and legal research tools
