Corporate Lawyer position in Limassol, Cyprus for a growing B2B legal company. Responsibilities include legal document preparation, client support, and communication. Requires 1+ year of experience in Cyprus, knowledge of local legislation, and fluency in Greek and English.

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer for a developing B2B legal company (Cyprus license) to work with external clients. The project is in a phase of active growth, so independence, flexibility, and readiness to work in a dynamic environment without excessive bureaucracy are important. Responsibilities: – prepare and formalize legal documents (corporate law, client support); – conduct KYC procedures and basic client verification; – support clients on matters of Cypriot legislation; – communicate with B2B clients; – work with internal systems (ZYGOS, Notion, Mira); – support current legal processes.

– 1+ year of experience as a lawyer in Cyprus; – knowledge of local Cypriot legislation – mandatory; – fluent Greek language; – confident working level of English (B2–C1); – higher legal education. Will be a plus: – experience in startups or small companies; – experience with high-risk areas; – understanding of KYC/AML processes.
