Responsibilities: - Call through a provided database of companies - Reach decision-makers and identify their need for workers - Find potentially interested clients and pass them to the manager for further work

Experience in cold calling in B2B, sales, recruitment, logistics or related fields will be a plus. Ability to communicate effectively, ask the right questions, and identify real needs. Not just making calls for quantity, but finding real demand.
