B2B Cold Sales Manager (Financial Consulting)

Remote B2B cold sales manager for financial consulting. Fixed salary 60,000 RUB + KPI 25,000 RUB. Full remote.

Cold calling B2B clients using a ready-made database (high pace: target 240 calls/day). Present services, identify needs, qualify leads. Pass warm clients to the follow-up and closing department. Maintain CRM, test scripts, find most conversion approaches.

Experience in cold B2B sales from 1 year. Not afraid of high call volume (minimum confidence in pace from 100 calls/day). Understanding of finance, banking, foreign economic activity, or consulting. Proper speech (we talk with directors and chief accountants), stress resistance, and energy. Own equipped workplace for remote work (quiet, stable internet, headset).

Fixed salary: 60,000 RUB + KPI for performance 25,000 RUB. Vacation 28 days and paid sick leave. Full remote without time spent on commuting.
