Client Manager

Online school seeks a client manager to handle inquiries, communicate with clients, conduct online meetings, and drive sales. Remote, salary plus commission.

We are an online school helping experts and entrepreneurs grow via social media and develop personal brands. We are expanding and looking for a client manager. What you will do: - Process incoming requests; - Communicate with potential clients by phone and in correspondence; - Conduct online meetings using a ready-made script; - Present our programs and help clients choose the right option; - Guide clients to payment; - Manage client work in CRM.

We are looking for someone who: - Easily finds common ground with people; - Knows how to listen and ask the right questions; - Is not afraid of calls and client communication; - Is responsible and results-oriented; - Wants to grow in sales and earn well. Experience in sales is a plus, but activity, trainability, and desire to earn matter most.
