Online school teaching AI earnings seeks a client care manager for long-term collaboration. Remote, salary from 35,000 RUB per month.

Main functions: - Process incoming messages from clients who paid for the course but have registration issues. - Answer incoming emails and redirect inquiries to other staff. - Respond to client support requests. - Promptly respond to incoming chat messages. - Work with audience 50+.

Polite and stress-resistant - Fluent oral and written Russian - Confident PC and Internet user, stable internet connection - Ability to handle conflict situations - Have plenty of free time We will teach the rest!

Remote work - Schedule 4/2 from 9:00-17:00 or 17:00-23:00 Moscow time - Probation period - 1 month - Payments twice a month - Salary from 35,000 RUB per month - Possible official employment
