Chief Specialist-Expert in Legal Work and Pre-trial Settlement of Tax Disputes

The Federal Tax Service (FNS) is looking for a Chief Specialist-Expert in the Legal Work and Pre-trial Settlement of Tax Disputes department in Moscow. Requires higher legal education; experience in tax authorities is an advantage. Full-time, 5/2 schedule.

The Federal Tax Service (FNS) is seeking a Chief Specialist-Expert for the department of legal work and pre-trial settlement of tax disputes. Responsibilities: - Reviewing acts and decisions on tax audits of largest taxpayers in the financial sector for compliance with tax and levy legislation; - Participating in consideration of objections to tax audit acts; - Preparing legal opinions on legal issues; - Participating in court hearings on challenging non-normative legal acts adopted by the Inspectorate; - Reviewing requests from individuals and organizations; - Performing other assignments within the department's scope.

- Higher legal education; - Experience in tax authorities is an advantage; - High self-organization, stress resistance, ability to work with large volumes of information; - Knowledge of tax, civil, procedural legislation; - Proficiency in business writing, knowledge of office work basics, procedures for handling official information.
