NEXA CORE is a digital performance technology company operating at the intersection of AI, virtual influence, and social commerce. We need a strong operational leader who has already scaled in: affiliate marketing, iGaming/crypto, or high-load e-commerce. Areas of responsibility: - Full operational management of scaling strategy - Coordination of teams: sales, creative, technical support - Process optimization for profitability and efficiency - Implementation of analytics systems and real-time monitoring - Control of digital infrastructure (anti-detect, proxies, multi-account systems) - Building sustainable and scalable operational processes

Who we are looking for: → Experience in operational management in digital/tech (mandatory: affiliate, iGaming, crypto, or e-commerce) → Experience in startups or launching projects from scratch → Understanding of AI integration into content and distribution → Strong systemic thinking + results orientation → Ability to work in uncertainty and make quick decisions
