iGaming company seeks a C-level operational leader (Head of Operations / COO) in Limassol, Cyprus, to build product development delivery and operational models. Responsibilities include organizational structure, delivery processes, OKR/KPI implementation, budget management, and process standardization.

The company is looking for a strong C-level operational leader who can build the delivery and operational model of product development in an environment of high uncertainty, multiple integrations, and compliance requirements. Responsibilities: — Build organizational structure and team responsibilities; — Establish end-to-end delivery process: from task setting to release; — Implement OKR/KPI, RACI, quality gates, and performance rituals; — Manage budgets, resources, contractors, and operational risks; — Synchronize with CEO, Finance, and Legal on strategy, scaling, and priorities; — Standardize processes, automate operations, and accelerate time-to-release.

8+ years of experience in operations / tech / digital business; Experience managing cross-functional teams; Understanding of delivery, compliance, budget management, and risk management; Strong leadership and ability to balance business and development.
