Chief Accountant (China, with knowledge of English and Russian)

Chief Accountant for an international home textile company, based in Shanghai, China. Salary 80,000–130,000 RUB per month, full-time, on-site. Relocation provided.

We are an international company in the home textile industry with our own production and head office in China, as well as a network of 18 brand stores in Kazakhstan. For over 9 years, we have been developing the production and sale of textiles for home and business. We are currently looking for a chief accountant with knowledge of 1C UNF for relocation to China. Duties: — Organization and control of full accounting and tax accounting; — Control of timely and correct reflection of all operations in accounting accounts; — Maintenance and control of bank accounts; — Ensuring legality, timeliness, and correctness of document processing, payroll calculations, correct calculation and transfer of taxes and other mandatory payments; — Conducting inventory, preparing financial, managerial, tax, statistical reports, ensuring their timely submission to relevant authorities; — Analyzing the financial and economic activities of the enterprise in the form of internal management reports; — Accounting for cash in the cash registers; — Control and accounting of contracts with suppliers; — Submitting reports for monitoring to the bank; — Working with Virtual Warehouse, SNT.

— Fluent in English; — Over 5 years of experience as a full-cycle accountant; — Advanced knowledge of 1C UNF (mandatory requirement!) and Excel; — Willingness to independently study the legislation of China and Kazakhstan; — Ability to work in multitasking mode.
