Accountant for IFRS and CFC (English language)

Accountant for IFRS and CFC in GUTA Group, Moscow. Salary from 270,000 RUB per month, full-time, office/hybrid. Work with international reporting and English practice.

We are looking for a neat and responsible specialist who will help maintain reporting of foreign companies of the group, prepare data for consultants and interact with foreign auditors, banks and brokers. Responsibilities: - Prepare data for foreign consultants and CFC reporting in English. - Control the audit of CFC reporting and respond to auditor requests. - Prepare IFRS financial statements for several small companies in Russian and English. - Organize and control the translation of CFC reporting and audit opinions. - Calculate the tax base on CFC profits for reporting of controlling persons - residents of the Russian Federation (legal entities and individuals). - Collect supporting documents on CFCs for tax authorities, prepare explanations. - Communicate with foreign auditors, bank representatives and brokers: requests, explanations, document collection in English. - Control the quality of translations of CFC reporting and documents. - Supervise two assistants.

Experience with CFC Experience as an accountant and preparation of accounting statements Knowledge of the basics of accounting and reporting. Understanding of corporate profit tax; an idea of personal income tax. Confident English: fluent speaking and business correspondence. Experience with IFRS, DipIFR is a big plus. Responsibility, calmness, non-conflict and communication skills - important because there will be a lot of communication and requests.
