Chief Accountant

Chief Accountant position at TPK Kuban Mineral Waters (Apsheronsky Brewery) in Khadyzhensk, Russia. Salary from 120,000 RUB/month, full-time, on-site.

Organization and maintenance of accounting and tax accounting, preparation and submission of accounting, tax and statistical reports; full payroll management: regular calculation of payments to employees, tax deductions, transfers and reporting; control over preparation and submission of declarations in accordance with legal requirements (EGAIS, CZ, Mercury); interaction with tax authorities and other regulatory bodies, timely responses to requests; control over cash flow, settlements with counterparties and employees; development and implementation of accounting policies, internal regulations, instructions and algorithms; control and implementation of changes in regulatory documents when legislation changes; optimization of accounting processes, participation in automation projects; control over primary documentation, organization of archive; planning and optimization of taxation; organization of interaction between accounting and other departments, methodological and consulting assistance.

Higher economic education (accounting, finance); at least 5 years of experience as chief accountant, including at least 3 years in production - mandatory; excellent knowledge of Russian accounting and tax legislation; experience with OSNO; team management skills (5+ employees); knowledge of 1C 8, ZUP, Doxsinbox, Kontur-Sbis, Chestny Znak, Mercury, labeling; responsibility, attentiveness, analytical mindset, teamwork; strategic leadership, ability to analyze financial indicators, identify weaknesses and develop corrective measures.

Work schedule 5/2, weekends Saturday/Sunday; working hours can be agreed: 8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00; workplace: office at Khadyzhensk, Promyslovaya St. 91 A, spacious bright and comfortable, all necessary equipment provided; salary 120,000 RUB, paid twice a month.
