Remote chat support specialist for an electronics and appliances online store. Monthly salary 51,220 RUB for full-time first month, 1,970 RUB per 8-hour shift, minimum 15 shifts. Part-time possible at 1,230 RUB per 5 hours plus weekly bonus 3,700 RUB. No cold calls or sales.

Provide customer support via chat for an online retail store of electronics and appliances. Handle inquiries about orders, delivery, payment, returns, and product availability. Verify order info in CRM, escalate to logistics/store/other departments if needed. Log repeated inquiries, customer issues, and website problems in the internal system. Ensure high quality of dialogue: clear wording, polite tone, no excessive information, and timely responses.

Experience in customer support from 5 months and CRM knowledge preferred. Open to fast-learning adults without experience. Must be a citizen of the Russian Federation. Calm attitude towards repetitive questions and ability to avoid conflicts with dissatisfied customers. Ability to follow instructions strictly. Written literacy and ability to process requests quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
