CEO/COO (Corporate Services)

CEO/COO for Corporate Services at T-ONE, an international Wealth Management and digital assets company in Nicosia, Cyprus. Lead the corporate services division, manage a team, and drive business growth.

T-ONE is an international company in Wealth Management, Corporate Services, and digital assets with offices in Cyprus and Dubai. We are looking for a CEO/COO (Corporate Services) to lead the corporate services direction in Cyprus, develop the business, manage the team, and be responsible for the financial results of the direction. What you will do: • Manage a team (lawyer + 2 sales managers). • Develop the Corporate Services direction and partner network. • Advise clients on company registration, corporate administration, bank accounts, residence permits, Non-Dom, and other services. • Support corporate clients and complex cases. • Supervise internal group companies. • Lead the acquisition of a CSP license. • Develop the concierge direction. • Interact with banks, auditors, lawyers, tax consultants, and government bodies. • Represent the company at events and attract new clients. • Be responsible for the P&L of the direction.

• Experience in Corporate Services in Cyprus. • Team management experience. • Practical experience in supporting corporate clients. • Understanding of corporate administration and international business. • Experience interacting with banks, auditors, and government bodies. • Experience with P&L. • Fluent Russian and English. • Residency in Cyprus. • Greek language and a professional network are advantages.
