CCO / Head of Sales in iGaming
CCO / Head of Sales for an iGaming platform's B2B division. Responsibilities include building the commercial function from scratch, developing sales strategy, and managing partnerships. Location: Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, office-based.
The company is developing a business line for the integration and monetization of gaming content, working with game studios/content providers, and selling directly to operators and through aggregators. This is a new C-level role for someone who can build the commercial function from scratch: strategy, pipeline, team, contracting, partner onboarding, and systematic growth. Responsibilities: - Build a commercial strategy for direct sales and aggregator channels; - Define packaging, pricing, and commercial terms; - Build the sales function and processes: team, CRM, funnel, forecast; - Attract and close new partners: operators and aggregators; - Manage deals from pitch to launch in conjunction with Legal/Finance/CTO; - Develop the current partner portfolio and grow revenue; - Ensure transparency of commercial metrics and reporting.
Experience in B2B sales/partnerships in iGaming or similar platform B2B segments; Experience launching a commercial function from scratch; Strong skills in managing the full sales cycle; Understanding of integrated B2B products and the impact of tech/SLA/dependencies on commercial results; English C1+.
