Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst for a SaaS platform in clinical trials and pharma. Fully remote with flexible schedule. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, documentation, client engagement, and process improvement.

SaaS platform for clinical trials and pharma business processes. Key responsibilities: — Requirements & Documentation: Gather and document requirements (URS, PRD, Release Notes) through interviews and workshops. Keep documentation current and support customer training. — Collaboration & Delivery: Partner with developers, testers, and customer success teams. Support Agile ceremonies, test scenarios, UAT, and product increment delivery. — Client Engagement: Conduct client consultations, translate change requests into user stories, design workflows, specify integrations, create reports, and support product roadmaps. — Process Improvement & Mentorship: Identify improvement opportunities, mentor junior analysts, and support implementation of new tools.
