What to do: – gather requirements and turn them into development tasks; – conduct dailies, groomings, plannings for two products; – manage Jira and documentation in Notion; – as the team grows: changelog, retrospectives, tracking inter-product dependencies.

What's important: – similar work experience of 3+ years; – ability to break down vague requests into clear requirements; – basic technical understanding (API, front-end/back-end – at a communication level); – meeting facilitation, accuracy, autonomy.

Work format: full-time, remote Salary: discussed individually, payment in crypto 21 days of vacation + Cyprus holidays
