Business Development Manager at Kuvelli
We are looking for a Business Development Manager for AdTech company Kuvelli (Cyprus). Experience in B2B sales, cold outreach, English B2 level required. Competitive salary, visa support, uncapped income.
We are Kuvelli, a product-based AdTech company with 10 years of experience in the international market. We create our own technological platform that helps advertisers and publishers find each other with maximum accuracy and efficiency. We are currently in a phase of active growth and are looking for a Business Development Manager – someone who wants to influence product scaling and see the real results of their work. This is not a role for 'handling incoming requests' – it's about initiative, drive, and real money. What you will do: • Search for and attract new partners worldwide (e-commerce, mobile apps, media buyers, performance agencies, CPA networks) • Work with outreach: LinkedIn, email, messengers – and find approaches to different markets • Manage the full deal cycle: from the first contact to closing • Analyze the market, find growth points and new opportunities • Hand over clients and build interaction with the account team
Who we are looking for: • You have experience in B2B sales and know how to build a funnel yourself • You are not afraid of cold outreach and know how to achieve results • Experience in digital, affiliate, fintech, or related fields will be a plus • English – B2 level or higher (there will be a lot of international communication) • You love challenges, money, and the feeling of 'I did it' • You can work at a fast pace and stay focused on results • Rejections don't stop you, they only spur you on
