Business Development Manager (Recruitment)
Business Development Manager for iGaming industry, focusing on client acquisition and partnerships. Combines sales and recruitment. Fully remote.
Drive new client acquisition and close business opportunities in iGaming. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Present and sell recruitment & consulting services tailored to client needs. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team for smooth delivery. Optionally participate in recruitment processes (screening, coordination, client comms).
2+ years of B2B experience in iGaming (sales / BD / recruitment / consulting). Strong understanding of the iGaming market and ecosystem. Existing professional network within the industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. English — professional proficiency. Experience in recruitment agencies or selling HR services is a strong plus. Experience combining BD + recruitment is a big advantage.
