Business Development Manager

A crypto hybrid exchange seeks a BDM for the CIS region. Fully remote, fixed salary + bonuses, Russian/Ukrainian native required.

A new game-changing hybrid exchange (CEX speed, DEX security) is expanding its Business Development team across the CIS. We build products people actually use. What You'll Do: - Help the business grow - Identify potential partners and build relationships with them - Prepare and present partnership proposals

Deep understanding of the crypto market and futures; user experience as a must, CEX experience would be prioritized. Strong sales skills and creative thinking. Experience working with influencers and the ability to build a network. Russian/Ukrainian native speaker.
