Business Analyst (Middle+) at an outstaffing company. Office-based role in Russia. Salary: 220,000 - 310,000 RUB net per month. Responsibilities include preparing requirements and mappings.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position - Proficiency in system analysis fundamentals, systems thinking - Experience in gathering requirements from clients and formalizing them in common requirement description formats - Knowledge of notations and tools for design and modeling - Knowledge of database principles - Skill in API integration design - Skills in analyzing and working with large volumes of data, ability to analyze task requirements - Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL databases - Knowledge of principles for creating technical documentation, specifications, technical requirements, descriptions of completed configurations for transfer to support - Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence products - SQL for complex database queries - Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with colleagues and clients to solve tasks, teamwork skills.
