Senior Business Analyst role focusing on Warehouse Logistics and E2E processes for a major retail company. Remote position for Russian citizens and those from friendly countries. Salary up to 330,000 RUB net for sole proprietor/self-employed. Moscow time zone.

Designing end-to-end (e2e) business processes for distribution centers (DCs). Analyzing hypotheses and initiatives in the warehouse logistics domain daily. Documenting processes at the intersection of "process step - IT product". Comparing solution options by cost and profit, forming roadmaps (MVP, V1, V2). Documenting As Is / To Be processes and conducting GAP analysis. Monitoring and analyzing logistics KPIs through SQL queries. Presenting to stakeholders of any level and facilitating meetings.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. DEEP expertise in supply chain and warehouse logistics domains. Fluent in SQL for analytics and MS Excel. Ability to think systemically and convincingly "sell" solutions to the team and business. Experience in a product approach (Agile/Scrum). Nice to have: Knowledge of architectural principles and design patterns.
