Business Analyst (Middle/Middle+)

International company Symfa is seeking a Business Analyst (Middle/Middle+) for a project with a leading American insurance company. Fully remote, flexible hours. Requires 3+ years of BA experience, FinTech/InsurTech background, and B2+ English.

Drive full BA lifecycle: elicitation → analysis → specification → validation → delivery support Gather and structure business requirements, translate them into clear specs Decompose epics into features and user stories with solid acceptance criteria Model processes (BPMN, UML) Collaborate with stakeholders and development team in Agile environment

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Proven experience in FinTech / InsurTech domains Experience working on international projects (US/EU clients) English B2+
