Business Analyst position at Zontik-IT. Hybrid location in Moscow. Requires 5+ years of experience in FinTech, BPMN, SQL, and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Responsibilities include business analysis, process modeling, and data quality improvement.

Business analysis and description of business processes, drawing in BPMN and description in confluence Business requirements for cross-system projects in the backlog of DBUiO Business analysis of current processes and modeling of optimal to-be processes within the department, as well as identification and analysis of bottlenecks in end-to-end business processes of the Bank affecting DBUiO, optimization proposals Participation in the Data Governance project to improve data quality as a business analyst

5+ years of experience (FinTech), BPMN, and knowledge of other notations, SQL Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies (BPMN, etc.) Ability to work with analytical tools and process modeling software. Database work, SQL knowledge Banking experience
