Brand & PR Manager (Creative & Special Projects)

Brand & PR Manager at Insperia, an online EGE/OGE exam prep school. Goal: increase brand search queries 2-3x in 6-12 months via special projects, collaborations, influencers, and events. Remote, flexible schedule, salary negotiable + KPI bonuses.

Insperia is an online school preparing for EGE and OGE with 9 years of experience. It has helped over 28,000 students and annually teaches over 10,000 schoolchildren. The company develops its own LMS, implements AI in education, and builds media around the brand. Main task: increase brand queries 2–3 times in 6–12 months through strong ideas, collaborations, and events. Responsibilities: - Generate and implement ideas for special projects and collaborations; - Work with bloggers and media personalities: find, negotiate, launch integrations and joint projects; - Organize online and offline events and turn them into news pegs; - Participate in content creation with creators, producers, and content team; - Invent mechanics for increasing reach and discussions, including UGC; - Manage budgets and estimates for special projects; - Test hypotheses and analyze their impact on brand growth.

Experience implementing projects with reach of 1M+ and confirmed cases; Experience working with bloggers, influencers, or media personalities; Understanding of vertical content market: TikTok, Reels, Shorts; Ability to independently generate and implement ideas; Understanding of mechanics for creating news pegs and discussions; Ability to quickly immerse in a new audience, in this case schoolchildren aged 14–17; Experience in EdTech, working with celebrities and top journalists, UGC mechanics, and offline events will be a plus; Cases of brand demand growth will be an advantage.
