The role involves developing and implementing long-term bonus strategies for casino/betting. Responsibilities include the full cycle of bonus management from concept to analysis, controlling and optimizing bonus mechanics for retention, LTV, and ROI. It also includes analyzing player behavior, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with CRM, product, and platform teams, and participating in the development of bonus tools. The position also entails identifying bonus abuse/fraud patterns, working with the anti-fraud team, and managing bonus logic and customer experience for VIP clients.

Requires 3+ years of experience in iGaming (casino/betting). Deep understanding of bonus mechanics, retention, LTV, and player behavior. Experience with bonus setup, analysis, and optimization. Experience with metrics and analytics. Understanding of anti-fraud processes (bonus abuse, multi-accounting). Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach. English B1+. Experience with CRM/product/platform is a plus. Experience with the VIP segment is a plus.
