Blockchain Backend Developer (DEX, Middle+/Senior)

We are looking for a developer to join a team building a decentralized exchange (DEX). Work on the intersection of smart contracts and backend.

Responsibilities: Development, testing, and deployment of smart contracts on Rust: swaps, liquidity pools, calculations, and fees. Development of backend services on Node.js (TypeScript) and Python: exchange API, transaction processing, integrations. Integration with crypto wallets: connection, transaction signing, working with RPC nodes. Indexing and processing on-chain events, data synchronization with the database. Precise calculations of prices, fees, and balances (BigInt/decimal). Ensuring security of contracts and services: tests, code reviews, preparation for audit. Monitoring transactions and service operation, incident resolution. Participation in code reviews and architectural decisions.

3+ years of commercial development, including 1+ year in Web3/blockchain. Experience writing and deploying smart contracts on Rust (Solana/Anchor, CosmWasm, NEAR or similar). Proficient Node.js (TypeScript) and Python on backend. Understanding of DEX internals: AMM, liquidity pools, swaps, slippage, price oracles. Experience with crypto wallets: transaction signing, key management, wallet adapters. Knowledge of typical smart contract vulnerabilities (reentrancy, access control, price manipulation). Nice to have: Solidity and experience with EVM networks. Experience with smart contract audits. Experience in DeFi projects with real TVL. Cross-chain bridges. Experience in fintech or crypto exchanges (CEX). Docker, CI/CD.
