Design and implement business-critical microservices from scratch and develop existing ones. Develop the Swaps exchange service: deals, balances, background processes, integrations with item delivery automation. Lead the task end-to-end: analyze with the customer, write specs, implement, and be responsible for production. Handle concurrent access to money and items: idempotency, retries, consistency during partial failures. Conduct cross-reviews with other team developers. Perform migrations on live data without downtime.

5+ years of commercial backend development. NestJS and TypeScript in production projects. Deep PostgreSQL: transactions and locks, query plans, migrations on large tables. Concurrent access and idempotency in practice: found, reproduced, and fixed in production. Queues: RabbitMQ or Kafka. Experience independently leading a task from specification to production. AI as a work tool: where it accelerates, where it makes mistakes, and how to catch them. Nice to have: - Product with user money: fintech, marketplaces, gaming. - Knex or SQL without ORM, Redis, OpenSearch. - Knowledge of games and the value of in-game items.
