Design and implement business-critical microservices from scratch and develop existing ones. Develop the Swaps exchange service: transactions, balances, background processes, integrations with automated item delivery. Own tasks end-to-end: clarify with the client, write specs, implement, and be responsible for production. Handle concurrent access to money and items: idempotency, retries, consistency during partial failures. Conduct cross-reviews with other team developers. Perform migrations on live data without downtime.

5+ years of commercial backend development. NestJS and TypeScript in production projects. Deep PostgreSQL knowledge: transactions and locks, query plans, migrations on large tables. Practical experience with concurrency and idempotency: found, reproduced, and fixed issues in production. Queues: RabbitMQ or Kafka. Experience independently leading a task from requirements to production. AI as a working tool: where it accelerates, where it errs, and how to detect that. Nice to have: Product with user money: fintech, marketplaces, gaming. Knex or SQL without ORM, Redis, OpenSearch. Knowledge of games and value of in-game items.
