Vacancy for a Business Marketer (Middle / Middle+) in a large FinTech company in Moscow. Hybrid work format (4 days office / 1 day remote). Salary 150,000 – 200,000 RUB net.

We are looking for a proactive marketer to join a strong team of leaders in the Digital market. This position is for those who enjoy working with product concepts, deeply analyzing competitors, and transforming insights into impactful advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for developing the image and presence of products in one of the most dynamic sectors of the economy. Your responsibilities will include: — Research: In-depth analysis of the market, competitors, and audience research. — Strategy: Development and presentation of marketing strategies for product promotion. — Creative: Review and approval of texts and materials for advertising campaigns and CRM communications. — Ideas: Development of advertising activity formats and promotion concepts. — Content: Creation of content plans and supervision of their implementation. — Analytics: Collection of data from campaign results and evaluation of their effectiveness.
