ASO Manager

MakeApp is launching ASO Lab, an internal internship program for an ASO Manager. 8-12 weeks, remote, full-time, fixed salary 50,000 RUB, with potential permanent employment.

MakeApp is a team that has been developing its own mobile applications since 2014. The company is launching ASO Lab, an internal internship program where over 8-12 weeks you can learn the ASO specialist profession from scratch in practice and, based on results, join the staff. Responsibilities: - Understand algorithms and logic of Google Play search; - Work with AppFollow, ASOMobile, Google Play Console and other ASO tools; - Build semantic core and perform text optimization; - Work with reviews, page conversion and analyze competitors. Selection: application with cover letter → remote test (1.5 hours) → personal call (1 hour) → invitation to the program.

- Experience in ASO is not required — interest in digital, mobile apps and marketing is important; - At least basic understanding of traffic arbitrage and affiliate marketing; - Willingness to develop in gambling and betting; - Analytical thinking, systematic approach and attention to detail; - Independence, learnability and ability to assess risks.

- Full-time employment, remote format (Moscow time); - Fixed salary during the program — 50,000 RUB; - Training from current experts, practice on real tasks, with a permanent employment offer based on results.
