ASO Specialist (Middle/Senior)

IT-Agency is hiring Middle and Senior ASO specialists for full-time remote work. Salary: 80-150k RUB/month for Middle, from 210k RUB/month for Senior.

We are an IT agency with a product approach, 22 years on the market. The ASO direction was assembled about five years ago: now it's several teams, large brands, and million-download apps. About 90% of clients are large businesses in Russia, with some international projects. We have our own motivated traffic exchange and many strong clients. We work legally. Values: openness, honesty, adequacy, and humanity. If there's a mistake, we raise it immediately and analyze it. No bureaucracy or toxicity. Those who fit stay for a long time. At the beginning of the year, I made a product - Cybercat. It watches how apps sound in 10 neural networks and how to influence that. We are seriously developing app promotion in neural networks; it's already part of our work. It's great if you've already managed several apps at once. The agency has high speeds and volumes: if you don't have such experience, at least you should be bored in a product. Multitasking is everything for us. Ability to orchestrate work with agents and skills will be an advantage. Neural networks enhance our thinking. Middle is hands and speed: several apps in parallel, hypotheses, meta, tests, helping the whole team. Senior already builds their own team: readiness to lead people and be responsible for the unit's result is important. I value team development. Guys often go to training, and I invite external experts to pitch strong topics internally. For a smooth transition, there is a paid internship. The rate is calculated from your grade and hourly cost. You look at us, we look at you. Internship lasts up to 150 hours, after which an offer to join the staff. We need strong and cool guys ready for a full transition to the agency.

Experience managing several apps simultaneously. Multitasking. For Senior: readiness to lead people and be responsible for results. Ability to orchestrate work with agents and skills is a plus.

Full-time, remote. Work hours: 10:00-19:00 Moscow time. Salary: Middle 80-150k RUB/month (~$950-1790 at CBR rate), Senior from 210k RUB/month (~$2500+). Paid internship for smooth transition. Team development opportunities, training, external expert pitches.
