Analytics Team Lead
SonderAds is looking for an Analytics Team Lead to manage the analytical direction, data architecture, key metrics, process automation, and quality of analytical solutions. This role is for a specialist who wants to lead the direction and influence business decisions and results. Remote from anywhere in the world, full-time.
We are looking for an Analytics Team Lead who will take responsibility for the development of the analytical direction: data architecture, key metrics, process automation, and the quality of analytical solutions. This is a role for a specialist who wants not just to work with data, but to lead the direction, influence decisions and business results. What needs to be done: - Audit the company's current analytical system - Manage the analytics team (2 Data Analysts) - Develop analytical and functional dashboards reflecting priority team indicators (buying, creatives, product, business) to identify growth points. - Develop, implement, and support traffic purchasing automation algorithms, including working with complex business logic and adapting to new sources. - Collect data through the APIs of advertising and product platforms - Conduct predictive and initiative analytics (before problems arise) - Identify growth points and areas for scaling - Calculate user LTV and analyze key factors influencing it - Deep dive into conversion funnels and participate in their optimization - Conduct analytical research aimed at increasing revenue - Lead the analytical team: prioritize tasks, develop competencies, mentor, participate in hiring and scaling the team
What we expect from the candidate: - 7+ years of experience in data / analytics / data engineering - At least 3 years of experience in marketing and digital advertising - 3+ years of experience managing an analytics team - Proficiency in Python or R programming languages (3+ years) - Solid SQL knowledge, BigQuery experience - Experience in building and supporting ETL / data pipelines - Understanding of data system architecture and scalability principles - Experience with BI tools (preferably Looker) - Experience with tracking platforms: Appsflyer, Adjust, Voluum, Appmetrica - High level of independence and responsibility for results - Experience with APIs and understanding of their integration principles - Practical experience with Docker and cloud services (Cloud Run, Workflows, Artifact Registry, etc.) - Strong analytical skills and systemic thinking - Attention to detail, high level of self-organization and responsibility for results - Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical teams - Higher education in mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, data science, information technology, or related disciplines. - Experience in algorithm development, including complex data processing logic and process automation. - Thinks in business categories, not just technical ones - interested in influencing Gross Profit, ARPU, ROI, Retention, LTV - Location: Eurozone countries
