Head of Analytics (Cyprus / Paphos)

€2,500

Head of Analytics for a financial company in Cyprus (Paphos). Salary €2000–€2500 during probation. Managing a team of analysts, building processes.

We are a dynamic financial company currently in a scaling phase and are looking for strong talent for our team. What you will do: — Manage a team of analysts and build processes — Monitor tasks and the quality of the team's work — Interact with the business and related departments — Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding employees

At least 1 year of experience in analytics Mandatory experience managing a team (team lead / manager) Ability to build processes, not just "do it manually" Strong communication skills Attention to detail Technical stack: Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IMPORTRANGE, etc.) SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL: aggregates, window functions, CTE) Python - a plus (pandas, numpy, etc.) Will be a plus: Experience in fintech is a plus

The first month will be in a deputy role (immersion and training), then a full Head role.
