Tango is hiring a Lead Product Analyst in Limassol. Own and drive product analytics for a large-scale creator economy. Build and evolve data models, design A/B tests, and influence roadmap decisions. Requires 4+ years of experience, strong SQL, Looker/LookML, and A/B testing.

What you’ll do: • Own and drive product analytics for a large-scale creator economy (millions of users). • Deep-dive into retention, acquisition, and user behavior across mobile & web. • Build and evolve data models and domains (not just dashboards). • Design and analyze A/B tests, propose experiments, influence roadmap decisions. • Work directly with product leadership — your insights will shape real product changes. Tech stack: BigQuery, Looker (LookML), Airflow, GCP, Vertex AI

What we expect: • 4+ years as a Product/Data Analyst (consumer products). • Strong SQL (CTEs, window functions, large-scale data). • Hands-on with Looker / LookML. • Experience with A/B testing, statistics, experimentation. • Strong product thinking — ability to challenge and influence decisions. • Experience building reliable data models (analytics engineering mindset). • English — B2+
