AI Content Lead (SMM)

Remote full-time AI Content Lead to create viral short-form video content for GPT4Telegram and ClickClick, using AI tools, across RU/EN/ES markets. KPI-based, salary negotiable.

Core role: invent and produce vertical videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) that hit trends and drive traffic, registrations, and purchases for two products: GPT4Telegram (bot, social media for CIS and English, phase 2: Latin America, Spanish) and ClickClick (presentations, social media for USA and Latin America).\nManage brand accounts for multiple products in multiple languages (RU/EN/ES) for different markets.\nResponsibilities:\n- Create content: vertical videos (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) that trend and gain reach (core priority).\n- React quickly: content must be published while AI trend/info occasion is hot; timeliness over perfect production.\n- Use AI in production: generate video, photo, scripts (including with our own products), speed up editing, test formats.\n- Maintain content plan and calendar for each product and market.\n- Publish regularly according to content calendar.\n- Localize content for market (RU/EN/ES).\n- Analyze metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, transitions and starts in products.

Must have:\n- Experience creating short vertical video with proven reach. Viral videos are a big plus: show links and numbers.\n- Ability to generate ideas and scripts, sense of trends — understanding what's currently trending on Instagram and TikTok and why.\n- Active use of AI in content creation (video/photo/script generation, editing). This is a base requirement, not a nice-to-have.\n- Awareness of AI/tech content, ability to write catchy hooks.\n- English for international markets. Spanish is a big plus (LatAm).\n- Work by KPI and analytics.\nNice to have:\n- Experience in AI/tech/IT products, managing social media for multiple geos and languages, own production (shooting/editing/AI content farm).\n\n3-month KPI:\n- TikTok: 30–50k live followers\n- Instagram: 10–20k\n- YouTube: 5–10k\n- Regular content output for each platform and product.\n- Traffic, bot starts, and ClickClick registrations from social media — tracked by tags, not just follower count.
