Affiliate Manager (Middle)

Affiliate Manager (Middle) for iGaming, remote, focus on Southeast Asia and Africa. Attract and manage partners, analyze traffic, work with RevShare.

We are launching a new iGaming product as part of a large holding with stable products and expanding the affiliate team. Focus on Southeast Asia and Africa, with new geos planned. Tasks: - Attracting new partners, including through cold outreach, and processing incoming requests - Managing, developing, and retaining your partners - Supporting partners on operational and technical issues during onboarding - Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating traffic efficiency and partner profitability - Resolving disputes with partners - Helping the team with contests, promotions, events aimed at developing partners and increasing affiliate traffic - Participating in exhibitions and company events

Experience in affiliate direction in the iGaming industry for 2-3 years - Experience working with a product - Experience with Tier 2-3 geos - Experience in cold outreach to partners - Established network of contacts - Experience with different types of traffic - Understanding of payment models, primarily RevShare - Ability to independently assess traffic quality using analytics - Basic understanding of technical aspects: postbacks, landing pages, affiliate platform - English at least B2 for communication with partners - Experience with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb
