Affiliate Manager (iGaming, Limassol)

International product IT company developing high-load iGaming products seeks an Affiliate Manager in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time office role focused on partner acquisition, traffic and FTD growth, retention, reporting, and partner communications.

Main task: develop the affiliate channel by attracting quality partners, increasing target traffic and FTD, improving profitability, and retaining partners. Responsibilities: • Search, attract, and onboard new partners (webmasters, agencies, and other traffic sources). • Conduct negotiations, agree commercial terms, and build long-term relationships. • Monitor affiliate channel performance: traffic, FTD, deposits, RevShare, retention. • Analyze partner results, identify growth points, and implement efficiency improvements. • Prepare regular reporting. • Provide partners with marketing materials (banners, landings, tracking links). • Inform partners about new promotions, bonuses, and changes in cooperation terms. • Collaborate with marketing and design on promo materials. • Control correctness of accruals and payments. • Analyze competitive environment and iGaming market trends. • Maintain regular communication with partners and promptly resolve issues.

Expected: • 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming. • Experience with Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. • Understanding of partner acquisition, development, and retention principles. • Skills in analyzing affiliate channel performance. • Experience with Keitaro, Semrush, Ahrefs, and CRM systems. • English — B2 or higher. • Willingness to travel, including to African countries. Nice to have: • Own database of active partners. • French language. • Experience with additional GEOs and affiliate networks.
