We are a small boutique team with 5 years of experience in the arbitrage traffic market. We cooperate with top partners in the Crypto vertical. Our main focus is quality traffic at an acceptable cost and long-term relationships with partners. What you will do: Actively search for and attract new partners, work with warm and cold leads; Develop relationships and scale advertising campaigns; Closely communicate with internal teams: marketing, product, analytics, tech support.

Experience in sales of crypto traffic with a solid understanding of the affiliate market; Knowledge of payment models: CPA, CPL, CPI, RevShare; Confident negotiation and deal closing skills; Independence, proactivity, ability to find non-standard solutions; Own partner base.

Salary + % progressive bonus grid + additional one-time bonuses; Onboarding from the team lead, work according to established processes with daily limits on tasks; Compact team from different cities around the world, charged with high results.
