1C:UH Analyst — Lead / Team Lead

Remote full-time 1C:UH Analyst Lead/Team Lead. Salary: Lead 240K–280K; Team Lead 280K–320K (currency not specified). Project 3 months with extension. Focus: access role model, RLS, SoD.

Project requires a 1C:UH analyst at Lead / Team Lead level. Key tasks: – full inventory of current rights in 1C:UH and building an as-is → to-be map; – redesign of the current role model; – setup and optimization of RLS by organizations and system objects; – analysis of excessive, duplicated and conflicting rights; – preparation of requirements for improving access mechanisms; – interaction with InfoSec, business customers and auditors; – development of regulations for granting and approving access; – development of access review regulations; – implementation of rights analysis and comparison tools.

– deep understanding of the 1C role model: roles, profiles and access groups, access types, RLS and productive RLS mode; – practical experience designing role models in large 1C databases, preferably 1C:UH or 1C:ERP; – understanding of RLS impact on 1C query performance; – experience with 1C:UH; – experience interacting with internal or external auditors; – understanding of SoD principles and control of conflicting permissions.

Remote work. Full time, 9:00–18:00 MSK. Salary: Lead 240K–280K; Team Lead 280K–320K. Employment: self-employed, individual entrepreneur, civil law contract.
