Team Lead Cyber Security

Team Lead Cyber Security for iGaming. Remote, full-time. Salary $4500-6500. Build centralized IT-security and infrastructure management across group companies.

Responsibilities: - Build a centralized IT security and infrastructure management system for all legal entities of the group. - Access management — separation of data, disks and folders by legal entities, centralized issuance and revocation of access, control of onboarding/offboarding. - Network security — infrastructure audit, setting up individual IPs for company groups, VPN management, ability to switch networks for certain employees. - Device control — centralized management of MacBook, Windows and remote desktops, restriction of user rights, protection against device reset. - Employee monitoring — control of downloading, deleting and transferring files, USB devices, action logging, backup and remote access to corporate data. - Security of software and AI — audit of applications, extensions and AI tools, approval of new integrations, blocking of unsafe services. - Corporate accounts: implementation of 2FA, centralized management of email and messengers, secure account creation, evaluation of corporate platforms (Slack, etc.). - Incident response: detection of suspicious activity, hacking attempts and data leaks, setting up notifications and rapid response procedures. - Mobile security: protection of work data on personal devices, corporate SIM cards, SMS, remote data wipe capability. - Additional projects: participation in development of a secure AI assistant for managing a large number of email accounts.

At least 5 years of experience as IT Security Engineer, Senior SysAdmin or Infrastructure Engineer. Experience in engineering design and implementation of systems from scratch. Practical experience with MDM (Intune, Jamf, etc.), IAM/SSO, Active Directory/Entra ID. Expertise in networks (VLAN, routing, corporate VPN) and implementation of DLP systems.

Fully remote work format. [WW except RF]. High degree of autonomy: ability to make architectural decisions independently and build IT processes for the group of companies.
