Ensure stable operation of 1C systems. Diagnose incidents, test modifications, and help users solve operational tasks. Role combines analytics and 2nd-line support: handle complex cases, build processes, interact with developers, and test enhancements.

Middle level. Experience with 1C:ERP. Understanding of accounting/operational accounting fundamentals.
