Functional architect/lead expert for production accounting, cost accounting and cost calculation in 1C:ERP/1C:ERP.UX. Remote, full-time, salary 250,000-300,000 RUB net.

For a large project of transition from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP / 1C:ERP.UX, a functional architect / lead expert in production accounting, cost accounting and cost calculation is required. Main tasks: - Analysis of the customer's current methodology of production accounting, cost accounting and actual cost calculation in 1C:UPP and other active systems; - Designing a target cost and cost calculation model in 1C:ERP / 1C:ERP.UX; - Adapting the customer's existing methodologies to the mechanisms, analytics and methodology embedded in 1C:ERP/ERP.UX; - Identifying functional gaps between the current methodology/1C:UPP and the target system, preparing options to eliminate them; - Designing analytical slices of cost and cost accounting; - Modeling complex production scenarios and their impact on cost formation; - Working out options for reflecting production: using production orders and production stages; using 'production without orders'; mixed scenarios; multi-stage production; release of semi-finished and finished products; allocation of direct and indirect costs; - Analyzing movements of production documents across 1C:ERP registers and the impact of the chosen reflection scheme on cost calculation; - Designing and conducting model examples for various production accounting options; - Analyzing cost calculation results and forming requirements for control and analytical reports; - Participating in the design of enhancements to standard functionality and preparing functional specifications for developers; - Analyzing problems during month-end closing operations, finding root causes of cost calculation errors and ways to eliminate them; - Expert support to analysts, consultants and developers of the project team.

Mandatory requirements: - Deep practical experience with 1C:ERP 2.x and/or 1C:ERP.UX; - Confident understanding of not only user functionality but also the internal logic of the cost and cost accounting subsystem; - Knowledge of: mechanisms of production cost accounting in 1C:ERP; cost allocation mechanisms; algorithms for calculating actual cost; cost analytics; structure and purpose of main accumulation and information registers used in cost accounting and cost calculation; mechanisms for detailing cost to source/primary costs; production documents and the movements they generate; mechanisms for production stages; the 'production without orders' scenario; month-end closing mechanisms in terms of cost allocation and cost calculation; ways to diagnose errors and incorrect cost calculation results; - Ability to independently take a real customer business case and go through the chain: customer methodology → business process → 1C:ERP documents → register movements → cost allocation → cost calculation → cost detailing → accounting reflection and result control; - Architectural competencies: ability to compare customer methodology with standard ERP mechanisms, propose several implementation options and compare them reasonably, determine where methodology/process changes are needed vs system enhancements, minimize unjustified deviations from standard 1C architecture, assess impact on month-end closing, performance, and transparency, form functional architecture and quality specifications for development. Advantageous experience: - Development experience on the 1C platform (ability to read 1C code, analyze document posting algorithms, find register movements, understand standard cost allocation and cost calculation algorithms, localize causes of errors together with developers, create prototypes or small enhancements); - Participation in large 1C:ERP/ERP.UX implementation projects at manufacturing enterprises; - Migration experience from 1C:UPP to 1C:ERP/ERP.UX; - Experience with multi-stage, job-order and complex production accounting; - Designing cost accounting and costing methodology; - Experience with large data volumes; - Optimization of month-end closing; - Participation in survey, conceptual design, modeling and pilot operation; - Experience interacting with RAS/tax accounting methodologists, production departments and developers.

Work format: remote (occasional visits to the customer in Moscow). Schedule: full time. Salary: 250,000 - 300,000 RUB net (on hand).
