Functional Architect / Solution Architect for 1C:ERP Manufacturing Accounting

Senior expert in 1C:ERP/ERP.УХ production accounting, bridging methodology and architecture. Must design solutions, not just reproduce 1C:УПП processes. Preferable experience with 1C development and migration projects. Contact via telegram or email.

Responsibilities: - Map client methodology to standard ERP mechanisms - Propose and compare multiple implementation options - Determine when to change client processes vs. system customization - Minimize unjustified deviations from standard 1C architecture - Assess impact on month-end close, performance, and cost transparency - Develop functional architecture and quality specifications - Read 1C code, analyze document posting algorithms, find register movements, understand cost allocation algorithms - Collaborate with developers to localize root causes of errors - Create prototypes or small enhancements when needed

Must have: - Strong understanding of 1C:ERP/ERP.УХ architecture, including metadata, registers, document movements, and code - Ability to read and analyze 1C code - Experience with production accounting, cost allocation, and cost calculation - Expertise in month-end closing optimization - Experience in large-scale implementations on production enterprises - Migration experience from 1C:УПП to 1C:ERP/ERP.УХ (preferred) - Experience with multi-stage, make-to-order, and complex production accounting (preferred) - Experience with large data volumes - Participation in surveys, conceptual design, modeling, and trial operation - Experience with РСБУ/НУ methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
