1C Analyst position at MIA Dev. Salary: 280-320k RUB. Location: Hybrid (Moscow or St. Petersburg). Responsibilities include developing and improving 1C solutions, and working with accounting and reporting.

MIA Dev is looking for a 1C Analyst to work on cool, developing, and large-scale tasks. The scope of work ranges from refining standard configurations to developing complex, unique solutions based on the 1C platform. Tasks are without bureaucracy, with a quick offer on excellent terms; not a franchise.

Solid knowledge of accounting and Russian Accounting Standards (RAS): fixed assets, capital investments (construction), counterparty settlements, lease accounting (including discounting). Experience in configuring agency agreements and agent reports in 1C:UH/ERP. Correction of the role model, distribution of access rights, addressing customer feedback during operational acceptance. Setting tasks for developers, preparing technical specifications, monitoring implementation, user support. Regular office visits in Moscow or St. Petersburg are mandatory. Nice to have: - Current 1C certificates (1C:UH, 1C:ERP, 1C:Professional/Expert). - Experience with projects for large holdings or state-owned companies. - Understanding of integration bus architecture and exchange specifics in high-load systems.

5-day working week with flexible start time (8:00-11:00 Moscow time).
