HR Analyst (1C)
Haier is looking for an HR Analyst (1C) in the HR Department in Moscow. Requires 5+ years of experience, knowledge of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 and 1C:ZUP 3.1, and upper-intermediate English.
Collecting, cleaning, and consolidating data from 1C:ZUP, 1C:Document Management, and external systems; Building predictive models; Developing and supporting interactive dashboards with direct connection to 1C via OData / REST API; Developing new 1C configurations from scratch; Automating HR processes (automatic candidate loading from external platforms and databases, complex calculations of compensation and bonuses, KPIs, motivation schemes); Creating reference books, documents, registers, reports, utilities, and print forms; Optimizing query and report performance; Auditing data quality, checking calculations after system updates and enhancements.
5+ years of experience as an HR Analyst / BI Analyst / 1C Developer; Confident knowledge of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (configuration, object modules, queries, registers, СКД, managed forms, БСП) - from 4 years of commercial experience; Deep knowledge of 1C:ZUP 3.1/CORP (all sections: HR, payroll, taxes, contributions, working time accounting, reporting); 4+ years of experience in automation and development in 1C, including creating configurations from scratch; Upper-intermediate English proficiency; Systems thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for data; Ability to independently find and propose solutions; Ability to listen to team colleagues, defend solutions with arguments, and find common ground with the client.
